RATES

THREE SESSIONS AND AN INDIVIDUAL NUTRITION PLAN - $455 (save $100)

Discounted package must be paid in full at first session.   Includes one 2 hour, and two 60 minute sessions, drug nutrient interaction review, disease research, working with client medical team, and a basic individual nutrition plan.   Discount package sessions must be completed within a 2 month time period unless otherwise specified.    

IN PERSON OR BY TELEPHONE OR SKYPE

Other packages are available which include 15 minute phone check ins and frequent text, e mail, or Skype visits.  E mail me at annettenutritionist@gmail.com for a price list or negotiate a package with me.

Missed Appointment     $30 fee for missed appointment, unless 24 hour notice given.

Phone Consultations       Questions may arise requiring a phone call to Annette  between sessions.   Unscheduled phone calls lasting longer than 5 minutes are considered mini-sessions and will be billed to you in increments of $ 100/hour.  For example, a 15-minute phone call will accrue an invoice of $25.00.  There is no charge for phone visits less than 5 minutes, or calls to schedule appointments.
